The location is excellent. It is next to the metro station, auto stand, and highway. The staff are polite and cooperative. The room is clean with excellent room service. The restaurant has a wide variety of choices and the prices are reasonable.

Breakfast was great. Really enjoyed the options. Location was an highlight as it was in central and all amenities including metro were walk away. Will highly recommend. I loved the working space that you can use for short meetings etc.

Excellent service and hospitality by Bloom Hotel staff especially by reception Mr Nitin who was very hospitable and kimd and friendly. It was a wonderful stay which we love so much and would be coming over again to stay in future. Recommend to all to stay here if you are in India.

Staff members at the reception and house cleaning. Special Thank you to Visarjin the site manager for his thoughtfulness and Ranjeet, at house cleaning. The staff at the reception were all very kind and helpful.

Everything. Starting from location to how cute this place is. The staff is super helpful and everything is done so well. I stayed here for 5-6 nights and slept so well. Highly recommend. I spent one night in Ibis down the road and oh so crappy! Bloom is going to my choice everytime I visit Gurgaon.👌
